Because our products are entirely digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Digital Product Usage
- All tests and accompanying reports are delivered in digital format.
- Once a test is started, accessed, or downloaded (including PDF reports), it is deemed “used” and is non-refundable.
- This policy aligns with standard practices for digital goods under global e-commerce regulations.
2. No Physical Goods
- We do not ship physical products; all offerings are accessed online or delivered via download/email.
- As there is no return of physical merchandise, no restocking or return processing is applicable.
3. Pre-Purchase Guidance
To ensure customer satisfaction:
- Detailed product descriptions, benefits, and sample content are provided.
- Also free versions of tests in all categories are available as a trial.
- Users are encouraged to review all product pages and FAQs thoroughly.
- You may contact our support team with any pre-sale questions.
4. Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product, or experienced a billing error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will investigate your claim, and if verified, a full or partial refund may be issued based on whether the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
⚠️ Please note: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once access is granted. Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, accidental selection of the product, or dissatisfaction after usage.

- Pro-rated refunds may apply in case of cancellation within a specific time frame, subject to usage limits.
